Are you looking for that little bit more than a job? If the thought of working in an office 9-5 for the rest of your life bores you, read on!

Here at Achieving Fitness Limited we have a small team who have a very diverse job. One day you will be filing forms and administrating in our training centre, and the next you could be at the finish line of our events giving out medals! We run a training school where we teach clients to qualify in fitness related and massage related qualifications. As well as our fitness training we offer sports massage and group training to our clients.

We are based near the Bay in Cardiff and have two offices where you could be working from. With free parking and onsite leisure facilities it truly is a great place to work.

You will have a varied role working in an office based environment working to make sales for training courses and events. You will also be involved in the running of events such as Colour Splash, night runs and other fun runs. Achieving Fitness Ltd are undergoing a rapid period of growth. traditionally we offered personal training and boot camps to people within Cardiff. We have now expanded and are now running a school of personal training, offering courses such as Personal Trainer, sports massage and first aid. We also run several events and charity runs.

We are not looking for a personal trainer or someone to help run that side of the business, we are looking for skills in business administration and help to create sales and promote our services.
We put our staff through training to ensure they can perform at their role well, so if you want to gain qualifications in an area that will help we will do what we can to help you. We want to get the best out of you so come and join a team that will care!

Desirable personal qualities

The right candidate will fit into our small team and be able to make a valuable contribution.
We are very busy and you should expect to be undertaking a large range of tasks.
You will need to be great at administration, a very flexible worker, be someone who can get things done with little supervision and a great communicator.
The job will be very varied and you must be able to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
You will report directly to the office manager and act as a covering personal assistant to the director.

If you are a proactive person with a strong customer service focus, take pride and ownership in your contribution, have excellent attention to detail and want to be part of a growing organisation this could be your next long term role.
